Meet Carmelo.

Carmelo Gencarelli is our founder. For the past three decades, he had an determined passion for improving people's lives. Driven by a fascination with architecture, technology, and innovation and their potential to shape the future of living, he embarked on a journey to explore the possibilities of creating sustainable and healthier living spaces that seamlessly integrate technology and design.


In May 2024, Carmelo decided to embark on an exciting new journey as he founded SANTUARiO.
